Removing walls opened this kitchen to the rest of the home, improving flow and spaciousness but reducing the number of wall cabinets for storage. To remedy the reduced storage, the designer planned two large kitchen islands, one with the cooktop and the other with the sink. Featuring Dura Supreme’s Craftsman door style in Knotty Alder, perimeter cabinetry is finished in “White” paint while the island cabinets are finished in “Caraway” stain.
